Sunday, 14 September 2014 The Early Morning Of Worms 11 September 2014 I slept until noon , woke up - first thing , switched on my hand phone - new bought hand phone last 2 weeks ago , a message from my flying club president - William , finally replied me ! " Have you read the email ?" Well , since my I-pod went for service for about a week , from that moment I didn't check my email ! From the email inbox , tried to look out for his messages - Yes ! He replied me ( And so other 3 members fellow , which same as me - new flying birds ) , the email was received on 5 September , that's why William message me regards on this as he would like to give us a simple briefing on upcoming Saturday which was on 13 September 2014 , after read through all the message - Oh ! Importantly , I got my SPL ( Student Pilot Licence ) ready , so shall thank God for all this , and finally ... " Hi William , I will visit the club on this Saturday and find my way there " " If you can come over to Jurong Point , I can give you a lift to the club ! " " Sure ! See you on Saturday ! " ---------------------------------Clock ticking ( Day by Day pass through )--------------------------------- 13 September 2014 I managed to sleep 4 hours , was because yesterday evening shift ended 1230 am , reached home about 0140 am , grabbed simple delicious chicken puff as my supper , a few animation chapters , then went to bed ! I woke up in the early morning of  0700 am , sleepy and tired but anxious and excited - a combination mood let , ride the train from my place to Boon Lay ( which opposite Jurong Point ) , reached there about 0820 am , we planned to meet up in the timing of 0830 am to 0900 am ! means I got the time to have my breakfast - a small chicken floss bun , two cups of coffee - one for me and William ! Called him , wasn't picked up ! He returned my call , informed him I was there and he came out from his office to give me a lift soon - and well , he rejected my offer of the drink , well I got to drink two cups of coffee in one morning day which make me felt more energize and it sound insane ! Finally his blueish car - with Singapore registered plate , approached about 0845 am , pops up on his car and went to Tuas custom - as fast as possible , as we knew that we will caught up a mass traffic jam in the custom - both custom of Singapore and Malaysia ! Of course , we have a lot of conversation , about the club , his career , his flying experience , some complains about the drivers on the road ! I love coffee , keeps me awake ; what I hate is always make me feel so "urgent" ; guess that's coffee symptoms - good and bad ! we managed pass through the Singapore custom about 0920 am , and Malaysia custom about 1005 am , William dropped me at Malaysia custom toilet for an urgent matter , after I'm in the car , the Malaysia custom officer - came out from his office , pointed here and there ; his mouth kept on mumbling something which we could't hear what he tried to tell us , we both are Malaysian - Hello , own citizen , why ? ... minutes later , I figured it out - Oh ! William used to drive his car come to work in Singapore with his Singapore vehicle registered plate ! To that Malaysia custom officer , might think we are Singaporean - the Chinese Singaporean ! Guess we reached the club about 1040 am , numbers of cars there - mostly were Singapore vehicles ! William leaded me to the flying club office , and said " Welcome to the club ! " , I saw Rafiz - my flying instructor ; one of the member - Sam which same batch with me ; an aunty who was so friendly ; Flying club admin - Amina ; two flying members - Roger and Daniel who will be flying soon ; Daniel brought out a lot of his stuff - ear piece , shared with me and Sam how prefect of this ear piece and should grab for this brand ! After that , he took a walkies-talkie , switched it on and listened to the climate information ! William leaded me and Sam to a small tiny room for a simple and quick briefing - explained the details on the SPL ( Guess you know what SPL stands for ) , and he compared with PPL ( Private Pilot Licence ) - the difference , last thing - the flying club rules ! So on Rafiz , came in share with us other details on flying log book - must be tidy and neat all the time - got our own flight manual booklet which need to be studied , he explained with us how was the flying course progression , when we need to go for exam , courses all sort in one time frame which SPL holder need to complete the flying course about 9 months - dual and solo in the range of 45 - 60 hours ! Filled up the membership form , payment and one of the member suggested Rafiz to give both of us have a look how was the aircraft looked like ! We need to pay for Airport pass - RM 2 ! To me , I think RM 2 was a small amount , but why need to paid ? Singapore didn't even need to pay for it ! God , that's Malaysia Government - money sucker ! He leaded both of us to the aircraft parking bay , can be said the parking have been abandoned ? Antonov aircraft was there ! ( I love Antonov aircraft ! ) two cargo aircraft were abandoned , full of dust and look old - with Malaysia logo beside the cockpit ! Rafiz shared with us which two aircraft belongs to us , he flicked up the cover from one of the aircraft which that aircraft was meant for student to fly ! He opened the door , we both sat inside , Sam kept on taking pictures - Rafiz helped out ! " One more , Good ! Another , one ... Perfect ! " , me and Sam have a selfie in the pilot seat ! The moment I sat inside the cockpit - Gorgeous , finally I'm here !!!! Since year 2009 , I plan to change my life - as an aviator , never give up ! All the way , struggling ... I guess I'm ready - more adventure - more challenging ! I ask myself - Why ? As a pilot ? Safe to be as a pilot ? I'm gonna sit inside the cockpit without much movement but only hands on , am I gonna comfortable with ? All I can tell , a changes of life might be tough initially , when determination and inspiration comes together - that's dream , no matter how tough and dangerous they are , think never give up - prove to peoples beside me , will gonna be succeed one day no matter how and when ! Well , ok ! I guess shall make a full stop ? There was a another story about me and Raifz on the way home from Malaysia to Singapore ! So blogging soon !
