Wednesday, 23 April 2008 Is the last day ... So so so upsad about ... one my colleague gonna leave tomorrow ... Basically is under one month notice from yesterday but today ... Last saturday is his birthday - 21st years old ... I take over his position as dishwasher guy , somelike called steward ? or ... ? cause he took annual leave for celebrating ... then we all celebrate with him on friday night ... but , before that , he also talked with my excutive regarding about taking the leave ... but my excutive didnt give him a form for submitting the leave then next week ( mean this week of tuesday ) he found out gonna cut his overtime as replace on saturday working hours ... Thats not fair ... somehow people came from other country work is for money , he didn't get anything or do anything bad ... how come the excutive need to treat him like that ? whatever it is , so angry he is ... then he prepare for resign ... sure he resign ... make everyone feel so upsad ... a lot of thing make people feel so sad but it just awhile ... whatever it is ... gonna be take it cool and wish him luck ...
