Untitled Part 5 Is being 2 years ( 1 year plus ) leaving the school and i also miss my the rest of the friends ... especially my old mates ! Is a memory of pass life since we knew each other like playing basketball or other supporter things ... singing or else thing ! ....  <-- Our photo day with all the teacher and students !!! This is photo is belong to C3BG in 2005 ( Copyright )  <-- Open Syampage To celebrate ( Our commander of basketball ) -- This is our memory day of C3BG class 2005 in October of 29th !!!  Sometimes friendship need somekind of ... conversation and joke to ... have the friendship ( What am i typing ? ) ... I being met a lot friends since the road i passed by ... I have a lot of steady friend just like my husband ... even my lovely brother also is the occasion that happen ... always fighting without nothing happen .. Why ? Maybe still young ? I also remember my pass by day like graduate ? so happy finally say " we are graduate .... " wearing the uniform ... could be the last day ! We also sign our uniform each others as a memory ! Taking photo sure is our JOB and DUTY !!!  Just like kind of this family picture ... sure is our last day picture is mean we are prepare to spread our wings ... Fly all over the sky !!!Dont ever say our class is lousy class , but we have different sizes and different faces !!! Beauty , handsome , fatty , shortage , cleverest , stupidiest ??? Sportman .... -->  <-- Our Headmaster ( Kind of blurr ... ) But he is good and care all of us especially B class student like us .... But since is our last day of school , sure we will appreciate him !!!  --> That is our Economic Teacher ! Her class is the boring one , everyone will take homework and copy didn't listen her class even somemore sleep on the desk !!! She everytime saw a lot of us sleeping , she will shout " Ah , headmaster is looking all of you ... " Then all of us will wake up blur blur one !!! ... These picture is her birthday !  My ever best friends , both of them is my ever best friend , one is at KL , one is at Singapore !!! ( Yoh , Our steady picture ~~~ )  --> That's my school society - Art Society with all teacher , in charge person and all lover who like to draw ... _____________________________________________________________________________________ I left school few months , i still stay at Melaka ! What am I doing there ? Some prepare find school , some just only want to relax only all the way after graduate !!! For me and some of the mates planning to find job ! Then i happy find KFC !!! ... In KFC , I learnt what's Customer Mania ... I still remember the class i attend that how to handle an angry customer ... Handle an angry customer using - L.A.S.T Method L - Listen to the customer complaining A - Apologize to the customer ( Just once , not twice will irretating the customer ) S - Solute the problem that happen T - Thanks for giving complaining to improve our service / Take action to solute But how to handle before the customer haven't angry yet ??? The different between before and after only , before the customer angry will use - 4's E Method 1st E - Eye , Use our eye to see the customer , satisfy them or help them 2nd E - Ear , Hear their voice or other comments being given 3rd E - Emotion , Make customer happy like giving ballon to child or helping them wash hand 4th E - Ego , our KFC , must get a respect ... ( Forget already ) I being attend Customer Mania class , CHAMPS class , Food Handle class , Kitten class and Cat Class , Kitten and Cat class belong to service line that need to make customer feel warm just like ... automatic help customer and make customer happy ! Customer Mania ... being told CHAMPS class - This important ! Every words stands to every single word ! And every single words also have different mark ( I didnt memorise the mark and the thing ... ) Food Handle class ? About coleslaw can be store how many days ... Not just working ... I work there every night very tired ! ... One day i surprised that they said have a party then everyone need to buy present to exchange ! Sure ... We will ... Then , that party we celebrate that night is under " Blue shirt " and we celebrate after closing at midnight 12.00 am !!!  <-- The Present we exchanged !!! We all welcoming everyone !!!  My colleage - Nurul ( Cashier ) <--  Rosnah - Super staff , she active ( Cashier , Base ) -->  <-- Narbu , he is only work Cook department and he is from Nepal  Wani , She is beautiful and she quite active ( Floor ) -->  <-- This girl , ... Fainted away ! She also like to sport handsome , her name ? Ain ( Cashier )  --> My 2nd Assistant Manager ! Ahmand , he is very fatty a little bit and cute !!  <-- My Training Manager ... I forget his name ... he is good ....  --> Every girl always talk to him cause he is very quiet handsome -- That's him - John ( Cook )  Sharul , Wahaha , I like to fight with him by my mouth don't know why , because of my singing the song ... " Gemilang " very lousy( Cook )  --> My Restaurant Manager - Mr Pang , he serious on CHAMPS and he like to open meeting , everytime remind us ... " CHAMPS checker coming , cashier 7 steps , Base Holding Time , and Floor check the toilet every 15 mins !!! " Uh ... But is good !  We celebrate our party and hear our RM meeting ... and also our AM ... she is Baba woman ! ... Cause last month before this party , I remember our KFC CER check fail get 60++ % then our Area Manager very angry !  <-- Start playing games ...    Later , we exchanged our presents together , except that we also have other gift that given by our Area Manager , Me ... I have ....  That's why i so happy go lucky when work at KFC , we have worked also have fun then ... cause we sport our CHAMPS as 100 % ... Not just that , we also have prepared to go outside playing like one night after closing we go to Mahkota shopping Center playing Bowling ... SHock !!! Men VS Women ... Sure men won !!! Hahaha ....  Our photo at Bowling center ! Life is just like a road ... Everyone also have the own road , for me being met a lot of different people and good people like all of them !
